The Impending Podcast

Coming soon is a podcast that a friend and I have been talking about doing. I recently figured out the format and I wanted to give a heads up on what the show will be and or what we plan it to be.

The basic idea is to talk about the things we love and know. So that boils down to beer, movies, music, video games and anything entertainment related. We consider ourselves well versed in these categories and we feel competent talking about them. We are not industry pros or anything, we are mainly just self righteous assholes! All joking aside, I'm very excited about this and I'm really looking forward to it.

The other end of the plan is to have this be a weekly podcast. As we gain  more listeners we will gear it to be like a internet book club. Where every week we task ourselves and our audience to go out and drink, watch or listen to one of the "homework" assignments. The podcast should last for about an hour and the new episodes will post here on rclvoice.com and then onto Itunes. 

What we need from you is to listen and rate the show on Itunes. Also to please spread the word and get your friends and their friends and their moms and so on and so on to subscribe to the show. But fair warning it will be explicit and we will most likely say something that offends cause people are so very fragile these days. Again thanks for reading this and thanks for visiting my site. In the Beginning!

Hello internet people,

Welcome to my website. Over the years I have experienced many aspects of many different industries. I have worked in music,film, animation and the alcohol industry. While all my work has been spread out over these fields I have never lost my love or passion for art and or the arts. But the amount of consistent work in the field of art/entertainment has been quite lacking on my end for many years. 

My goal is to jump back into this creative pool with a full blown cannonball! I want this site to be my hub of all the things I plan on doing in the next few weeks and for years to come. I have never been the best at social media but I realize that to stay in the game you need to play with the new rules intact. Enough of the old testament and goodbye grandpa pants! 

With that said here is some news about the up and coming. I have been working on a new voice reel that is geared towards animation/video games. I'm hoping to have that finished by the end of the week. I also have a few songs being worked on that will be falling under the We're Only Robots group name. I have been wanting to finish the "1st album" of We're Only Robots for years but since it's a spare time project, I work on it when I can. I hope to have the first album finished by the end of the year...but I have been saying that every year for about 5 years now sooooo please don't hold your breath.  Also on the horizon will be my first ever podcast, all the details and format are still being planned. New episodes will be posted here on the blog/podcast tab and then will be posted to Itunes and other podcast services.

Please keep in mind that this website is a work in progress. As things progress for me so will the site. It's a bit bare bones right now but I plan to keep on adding to it. If you want to read the stupid things I say and see what I'm drinking you can follow me on twitter @Ryan_Lance.
